Every year in October, it seems to be a massive promotion for breast cancer awareness and many campaigns to support the organizations that we are told help do research to find a cure but it seems the primary focus is making people aware that it exists. Being aware of breast cancer in my opinion intensifies the likelihood of more people obtaining it instead of getting people to support the research to cure it.
When purchasing items that you intend to wear often or for a long period of time, it is important that you purchase these items at the highest level of quality you can afford.
Some women tend to feel superior to others when they purchase an item that is full price or just became available in stores. It's their way of saying, "I can afford this." Although it is nice to feel confident when you see something you love that you can afford to buy, it is not wise to purchase something at full price when you can get it on sale.
Women have come a long way in gaining their power in the world. Even though there are still major challenges in women proving they are just as capable (if not more capable) as men in performing certain tasks, much progress has been made overtime.
Whenever I explain to people that my company focuses on the importance of style, they always inquire about fashion and the latest trends. It can be annoying but I understand that they have selective hearing and because they don't understand the difference, they continue to believe they are the same thing.. It's not their fault that the world has failed to educate them on the difference and that is why I am here.
I consider we can often be underdressed but your can never be overdressed. There is usually a shift in your confidence level when you don't believe you are dressed on a similar level to those around you. When you are what is considered, underdressed, your confidence is lower because you have the perception that you aren't as good as those around you. However, when your look makes you feel you are dressed as someone who is most influential to others, it is a beautiful thing.
People usually either focus on Santa Claus, the gifts they will receive or on Christ's birthday when Christmas comes around. I've realized that whatever we value as Christmas arrives, it is a repetitive focus that often results in the same reoccuring thoughts that never change and often do not help us grow.
Technology has made it easier and easier to do things ourselves and the economy has made it a necessity at times. However, we must be careful what DIY projects we take on because it isn't always wise to DIY because you think it saves you money.
I don't wear much makeup because I am confident in knowing I am beautiful just the way I am and I don't need to "make myself up'," yet when it comes to highlighting my features, you will catch me wearing lipstick if nothing else.. Why? Because it draws attention to the powerful words I speak. I believe it gives the perception that whatever I say is more important than it would be without it. But you will have to understand how to use color to your advantage to realize this power of color on your lips.
It took me a while to realize this but life is all about relationships and in order to live the life that you truly desire you have know who people are to you. Otherwise you will get lost in focusing on what a relationship isn't providing you instead of seeing how the relationship is helping you become the person you are meant to be.
