Be Strong, Not Tough

Women are often viewed as weak and dependent individuals. There are many women who fall into the category of depending on men and not being able to find themselves when that man is no longer in their life. On the other hand, there are women who have a sole focus on being independent and who avoid being vulnerable.
I think women should fall somewhere in the middle. We should have our own voice and our own aspirations in life that don't necessarily depend on what the man in our life is doing. This will also give us motivation to continue living our lives if a man is no longer present.

I think we should be independent but it's okay to let a man help you and don't be afraid to let him close to your heart. Many of us are sensitive when compared to men but sometimes we fail to realize that a sensitive person is strong. , We should be independent but we can't do everything ourselves, no one can. We should be strong but not tough.

Strength comes from pain and suffering. You learn how to overcome circumstances and you get stronger because you survived the struggle. As we gain strength, we often learn how to protect ourselves by separating from others in some way. It is often that we don't trust others when it comes to certain things, as we've gotten hurt by doing so in the past.

I consider someone to be tough when they don't trust people for anything. A woman who is tough may not trust men. She could be a highly successful woman who hasn't dated in years as she has gained the strength to do so. She's learned from her past and is protecting herself from being in similar circumstances. However, when you are a tough woman who protects yourself in this manner, you are also blocking yourself from those who may truly love you.

The truth is, there's no way to tell how long a relationship will last. We just have to live in the moment and trust our instincts. I am definitely guilty of being a tough woman and it was only recently that I was able to become the strong woman.

Life can be difficult, especially when you never know what's going to happen. However, it's important to realize that this is also a beautiful thing. Not knowing can give you the excitement and gratitude that you may not have if you already know what's going to happen in your life. I think it's best to be a strong and independent woman who is open to love.
